Yesterday I fasted the whole day only liquids.
Today I had to make a run to Walmart, got there early and there were tons of reduced items.
Naturally, I bought things that are fattening. :(
Well, I had to eat today. My stomach was burning.
But I got some awesome Silk unsweetened cashew milk!
Alright so I am tired now..but full, thanks.
Gained weight for a week or so of slacking.
But back on to it now, good luck to me.
