Yet another unofficial weight check ... down another pound to 154 ...don't know when i have been this low since my early 20's ...

walking 18 holes today, so the calorie burn should hold. Depends on what choice i make with my daughter at dinner tonight ... but ... the drop has me motivated for the gym tomorrow, as I was going to take a day off ... but now, no way ... want to keep the momentum going.

We shall see tomorrow. Hoping to hit em straight today ... temps in mid 70's, lovely day for golf.
