No chance for a workout today, unless by some miracle my sick kid at home can keep food down and i can take him to school ... but until then, gf not back until 5, and then a school meeting at 7 ... so just gonna go low today for my deficit, mow the lawn and hit some golf balls.

holding off on weigh in until tomorrow AM - but still holding at 154. that's good! now will just have to fight my binge eating that happens as a bounce back when i go low for a few days, although yesterday i ate plenty ... should be ok.

more golf tomorrow ... need to hit em again to recover from such a disappointing round yesterday.

When we were sick at home my mom used to do a Sweatin' to the Oldies tape so she could get her workout in :) I'm sure you can find them somewhere...

It was mortifying! The best part about being sick was getting to sleep on the couch and watch movies all day, and mom interrupts it doing butterflies and whatnot in the middle. I think maybe that's why it never took too long to get better....
