A year ago I started dancercising 3 hours a week. I thought that I would lose weight without dieting, but I didn't. You have to eat right. Because I am only 5'4", I can only eat 1,000 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week, unless I exercise, too.

yep, eating right & exercise go hand in hand. If you can do both most days of the week you'll get good results.

That's right, we have to do both, and Im not very good at exercising, but will look forward to your progress.
