Weight loss has hit a plateau. It's ok I suppose since I have been snacking and eating off-plan far too much recently. 1st of 4 Christmas dinners yesterday. I will be happy if I manage to not gain weight over the holidays. Then in January it's time to break through the plateau (and fight through thr crowds at the gym). Off to Zumba again this morning.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
