Bad heel blister be damned - I felt like exercise "Nazi" today (no offense meant to anyone) because I would not rest unless I walked! I couldn't wear my walking shoes so I walked in my backless Crocs! Hey, it worked, and I walked my one+ mile route. Better than nothing!
