An absolutely horrid day..withdrawing and clearing out fatness food out of body and so on..watching movies all day.
I have decided the only snack that has carbs but I am going to eat is the popcorn.
Had to take an ami in the night coz of bladder.
Bought Ma the stress balls.
I pray tomorrow is better day..love my Ted xo
