JUST GOT DONE IN THE PAIN CAVE..goood thursday morning..no no pain here just another morning ride on zwift...ive been doing scheduled workouts when i can find a short 30 min one to enter..its nice to be able to set it up day before and then zwift sends a reminder to let you know its set up an ready ..i failed several of the intervals..but my speed seems to be increasing an the miles seem to count off faster..an by riding with a group..seems to be easier to keep up a faster pace..of course im always in the last few..an thats fine..lest im in the last few an not way back and not even in a group...

THE ACTUAL EVENT was 30 min but when event was over i kept on riding to get my miles in for the day..ended up with 18.4 miles

4326 MILES TODAY FOR THE YEAR..4500 BY END OF THE YEAR..

by riding in the events..i might not be as fast as most of them..but for me its a great training program to get me in better shape thru the winter months when i cant get outside to ride an enjoy the scenery..an by riding on the trainer..builds my legs up so that once warmer days do happen to come my way i will already be ready to ride the hills an whatever is on my routes..

welll...time to eat once again..not really hungry..just did my workout..an still in fasting mode..weight was down some this morning..but not sure it will stay down..one thing about riding as much as i do..scales just dont move enough to record it as often as i would like...my success is more in inches then in scale movement..and thats still a win win...anyway you look at it...
