Well 8 pounds in 3 weeks is not too bad at all! I'm staying positive this time around and know that its not gonna come off over night. I haven't been perfect the last 3 weeks, but I've been trying harder than ever before. I am confident that I'm gonna lose this weight no matter how long it takes me. I have been working out, both cardio and weights, and eating like I should. I CAN DO THIS!!

Great job! You remind me of myself in that no matter how hard I work I expect myself to lose more than I do, and more quickly - but just remember; you ARE losing instead of gaining! Patience is how people do it for the long-term. HCB

Well done, thats great news! 8lbs in 3 weeks is great.if you keep it up in 9 weeks you could have lost a whoping 23lbs!!! Defo on the right track!
