Tonight is my third ball baseball game in a row. So, I have to really plan my calories and fill in my diet calendar ahead of time so I can have a plan to follow. The last two days were smooth for me. As long as I have a plan to follow, I have no "options" to eat off the plan.

And...duh...I found out I can bring my own food to the ballpark and unopened bottled water...I guess it is unauthorized beverages they care about most. SO, lucky me, I made a great salad with nonfat dressing and munched through it during the third inning! And, my Red Sox swept the Minnesota Twins! WooHoo.
