Happy Hump Day!
Was going to start this Saturday, but today seems like a good day to begin - am cutting back my calories from 1500 to 1400. For most of you this would be a no-brainer, but I seem to gravitate toward the high calorie items - and then eat way too much of them!
The sun is coming out - I'll take that as a good omen.

Buffy...I didn't get to comment on your new pic yesterday...My first thought was...Oooohhhh, she's a working girl...she gets to work in the garden! Where are her helpers?
As far as the gravitational pull towards the higher calorie stuff...we have the same problem in Wisconsin too!

GG - I occasionally get help, but when it comes to handling chicken manure I'm on my own (Even though it is composed it still smells)!
