Asking for a friend.
She asked me for advice on doing a meatless keto WOE. I personally couldn't do it... but told her I would ask the "professionals" (you guys)...
do people successfully keto without meat? I just know when I was vegan all the meat substitutes that weren't ridiculously processed were made of beans, quinoa and rice... any advice I can pass along?
Thank you in advance!!!

I don't have any advice, but Atkins had a whole vegetarian menu at one time.

@horseshu1 I will let her know of that. I mean I guess I could try to figure out a keto vegetarian WOE, but that would be a lot of cheese and oils to make up for the fat from meat. It would be a lot of egg, cheese, high fiber veggies and fat. Less variety though

I read in a blog that to be able to make Keto vegetarian you must be super creative just because the options decrease a lot.
