Down 2.6lbs after 2 days of gastroenteritis, eating nothing but a couple crackers and some Gatorade. Back to normal today.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
