I took my granddaughter to the dentist Thursday morning. She is 30ish with no dental insurance. It was still dark when we started out and the fog had rolled in. What a horrible drive. It took an hour to get there to a clinic that took walk-ins. She had a cracked tooth which they pulled for her and we have appointments for more dental work.
It was a long day, I was tired and hungry when I got home. Fortunately I had 2 pieces of grilled chicken breast in the fridge. I took a short nap and then it was time to go bowling. I wasn't on a fast, but my meals were skimpy which was a good thing. I am not so busy today and looking forward to just laying around. I had a hearty breakfast this morning, that I thought was owed to me to make up for yesterday. I have a feeling this will be a good weekend.
