Doing better at controlling my caloric intake, although almost all of my calories are at dinner. I need to either balance my calories throughout the day or flip my intake. Currently consuming less than 300 calories prior to dinner.

I had to do the same, I found eating less carbs and more protein and veggies have helped curb my appetite.

Carbs are my biggest problem, I do good until I add them into my meal. Then it's like I can't stop.

Whatever works for you is what works! I find that I am much better off if I spread my calories throughout the day.
