Glad to see that the weight stayed off... motivating!

today had a cold but very lovely day with my horse...

her condition is also going up, as well as mine!

today im thankfull for:
- my horse
- wii
- my mother

90.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
