PREP DAY..GOOOD SUNDAY MORNING..just got home from walmart..would be nice to only have to go every 2 weeks..which if i was eating the processed foods i could do that..but eating healthier..just means visiting walmart on a weekly visit..

gotta bake up chicken using pork rinds..an then gonna make up a hamburger cheese cassoroll..with onions, mushrooms, pork rinds crumbled, olives, cheese, jalapanoes an the kitchen sink...lol..gonnna load it up with whatever i can think of..can freeze whatever is left over..for later meals..

gonna ride outside this morning...just do a short..lol.. few miles..only need half a mile to hit my 130 mile ave for the week..then monday start all over once again..mileage is never ending..or so it seems..miss it on the days i dont ride..and alot of mornings when i wake up..dont even want to ride..but once i get on an start getting in the mood to ride..the miles just add up..

well...need to get up an start prepping..want to get part of it done before i ride..but having set to long..now its looking like im gonna be riding and then prepping when i get back home..o well...its gonna get done just not in the order i had planned...
