I had a really good day yesterday. My carbs were low, my calories were low too. I felt satisfied. Bowling was also good, I bowled over my average everytime. It was a good feeling to be successful. I don't know why I keep backsliding, it feels so good when I don't! There used to be a saying, "A moment on the lips equals a pound on the hips" I should make that my lifelong motto.
It feels like fall today. I bought another mum to plant. I love fall colors and moderate weather. All the hummingbirds have flown south and I will take down the feeder and store it until next spring. I'm sure today will be a good day too.

This day of eating is officially over! 1200 calories and 21 carbs, just where I want to be. I am off for another night of bowling on our Womens league, The Twilighters. My team is named the Slow Pokes Our youngest bowler is 62!
