This may sound boring but it has to be done. Am setting up here for the Focus and Commitment Challenge which starts tomorrow.
MY PLAN: Atkins OWL. Net carbs to be under 25. Will not pay attention to calories for the time being.
EXERCISE: Will start getting up half hour early on work days to exercise. Will focus on core strength and cardio. Note: this is a big deal for me!!!
CHALLENGE GOAL: Lose one pound a week for 10 weeks. Note - my anniversary is at the end of May so this will coincide nicely!
