I can do better. Holiday did not help my stats at all!

The direction is right, though? I've been seeing posts from people who'd dieted hard then gained 20 lbs on 3-week vacation, and (in some ways worse than the weight gain) in places where eating that way likely reduced their experience. Steady slow loss (w strategic plateaus) is sustainable. You're on _your_ path. :-)

I see a glass half "full", Diva... you should be proud, especially in light of a holiday weekend... so, don't beat yourself up... folks look at you for inspiration, be positive!
