Another drop on the scale, food still on point. I need to get more water in though. This go-round I am noticing that it's taking longer to see results. 10 years ago, I could drop 10 lbs in 10 days when I first started on Atkins. I'm not sure if I was more active though or if I had more dietary fat included back then. Or if I'm just finally getting "older" lol. Did a lot of bacon and sausage with the eggs. Maybe I'll try doing that more and see if there's a difference.

I worked this weekend trying to catch up at work. This week is going to be busy, lots of phone conference meetings all week which will limit my time to get "real" work done. I got the needful accomplished for my deadlines though, so I'm happy with that progress. I woke up this morning and wasn't sure what day it was though. ...It's Monday.

Coffee #2 is going in and it's going to be a good, productive, non-stressful day. I do have to go grocery shopping tonight as I didn't get to it like I thought I would yesterday. Still have grilled chicken and a salad, will make HB eggs for snacks/quick meals and eggs/bacon for breakfast to kick off the day
