Today is a good day. Food is on point, water weight from traveling going away. Did not eat any (even crumbs) of the biscotti I made for the team. Went out last night to celebrate my friends birthday and had a diet soda only. Even restaurant food has been on point with the traveling. Steak and broccoli and salad at Longhorn the other night. Turned down the bread and cocktails.

Week got crazy busy and this week is looking to be the same so I'm working today and part of tomorrow to get on top of it so I don't drown. Will be cooking/prepping today to make food decisions easy. Shouldn't have to get much at the store, which is nice but weird. Apparently the guys have been eating more at work or I used to eat more of their stuff than I thought...
