In other news, Still on the Medifast diet. That in itself is a feat. But I swear I am sticking to it. Last time I checked the scale I had lost 11 pounds, but I will not post anything or Yell "OMG" until the official weigh in day on Friday. I know that some of that is water weight...prolly 6,7 pounds at least because I really only drank about 8 ounces of water a day...if that. So anyway, my energy is pretty good, not as great as I would like that but maybe I should start getting more than 5 hours of sleep to help that one. Can't blame that on my weight...anyway...two more days before weighing in. Smaller self here I come!
