Oink,Oink. Yes that is how I feel after a week of unrestricted eating! My sister was here for a visit and we ate out almost every day. I will have to admit it was fun, but I can't eat like that without gaining and I certainly did. I started back on plan yesterday and I am putting an X on the calendar for every day I stick with it.
