Began the day not feeling hungry, decided to fast a while, see how long I could go without wanting to eat ... not doing poorly at all, planning on breaking the fast at dinner today ... with pizza ... seemed a good reward for an unintentional event.

Felt energetic enough to get in 45 minutes of low aero elliptical work too. Couldn't possibly do sprints, lift weights or any type of interval training in this state though.

Starting to feel a bit spacey ... and will definitely enjoy eating this evening ... but to know intermittent fasting can be accomplished is another win in my list of mental blocks regarding what I can or cannot live without/with ...
