WENT SHOPPIN FOR A NEW BIKE..good saturday morning..went shoppin yesterday for a trek emonda sl 6 bike yesterday..a carbon bike that weighs only 16 pounds..my cannondale weighs 20.02 pounds..bike store i go to.. the main guy i deal with was gone...so ended up buying a new helmet instead..he emailed me last night an i told him i needed a total price..so waiting on that ...

ate at a lunch buffett...didnt even feel guilty for eating mac an cheese...or the deserts..didnt log any of it..as i just didnt want to mess with it..did have a salad to..lol..to me nothing like a salad for a meal..you can add anything to it to add more flavor...

was really hurting yesterday on trip to bike store..sister drove..i payed for gas..an lunch..hurt so bad i ended up taking 1/2 of a hydro-codon...it helped some but didnt really kill the pain..didnt quit hurting till 3 hours later when i was back home an i finally started no aching so much...decided to try an ride alittle bit every morning to keep limbered up...i could tell from my ride yesterday..that i was more stiff then usual..

Was more like aching ..was hard to get up on legs and walk..once I got up an moved I was ok...fine today...as for weight of your bike...type in name of your bike in google...like...mine would be ....weight of Carbondale caad 8 105 ...20.02 pounds...
