Worked a 9 1/2 hour day yesterday so didn't get on here at all. Think I ate OK - will just start fresh with the food diary this morning.

I know what you mean, I start at 07.30 and finish at 17.00 with a 30 minute lunch break, during which I have to dash home, let the dog out and have my lunch and get back. At least I arrrive and leave in daylight now :o)

Heather - Today was much better. I got "lunch" at 3:30 so got my nails done. A little pampering goes a long way.
