Day 4: Back/Bi's 50 mins ✔️
I'm had a hamb patty w chz, an egg and an egg white, 1/2 an English muffin with 1/2 T Kerrygold garlic and herb butter. I felt great during and now after workout. 👊🏻💥🔥🙏😀
