I need to lose at least 20 lbs/month.
I want to be at 200 or lower by October first.

March: 16 lbs
April: 17 lbs, with 6 days left in the month. Goal for April is 24 lbs.

Really pushing the protein and fat under 20g and carbs under 50. It's starting to pay off. It's very hard to get the fruits/vegs in under those parameters. I like carbs especially fruits and yogurt and tomato.
