I feel great today! :)
started the day with 32 pullups, 32 deep pushups,
3.42 mile walk at 4mph,
ate a big breakfast... then did a motorcycle ride with a new meetup group, (new for me)
11 showed up, and we rode 108 miles, taking 2:45hours, since we stopped a few times, to wait for stragglers and later to eat. Beautiful weather today, country back road ride, curves and hills, no freeway. :)
Then I ran the z225 John Deere to mow my 1/2 acre.
I still feel energized! :0
