lostwaitline, I checked out your yogut that is ALOT of sugar which is probably a contributing factor to not loosing if you are in induction. The goal of induction is 0 sugar which really takes the weight off. Stick to stevia, spelnda or truvia type sweetners, I PROMISE YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. Also your water intake makes a huge difference. Your diet looks alot like mine w/o the yogurt and I went from 242 to 222 in 2 weeks. If you must have yogurt try FAGE and add some of the sugar free syrups to it which can be found in the coffee isle of walmart or at amazon.

Hang in there. I have a lot of times like these also. "Someone's got a case of the plateau's!" lol, just kidding. Hang in there, maybe change something up. Walk more, or carefully eat more, or eat less.

Thanks for that - but, I just started adding 2 tablespoons of yogurt a few days ago in order to bump up something. My stall was happening at least 10 days prior. My carbs are still within the OWL stage though... ?? sigh

I was looking at your Diet Calendar and noticed one thing that stood out to me. Your Fat Grams are really high. I see a dietitian monthly and she recommended that I keep my Fat Grams no higher than 60 grams per day. I’m a male 45 and my starting weight was 260. My point being is that a male needs more calories than a female. I’m not an expert, but it stands to reason that the Fat Grams would be lower for a female also. Just something you may want to consider.
