NEW APPROACH FOR ME..good saturday morning..for alot its not a new approach..for me..i finally decided to add one more thing to being able to track my good an or bad readings on the scales..i have a scales that tells me body weight, body fat, an bmi..but never really used it except for body weight..yesterday i decided to start using it ..since it was already set up to do it..even though i thought i was doing ok by feeling trim in some places ..i was shocked to see how much body fat i still had..i can see it around my waist or above the belt line..but my legs an up around my ribs not so much..

starting to get my energy levels back..rode a 17.7 mile ride in zwift yesterday on my bike/trainer..felt great to have my energy levels back once again..didnt even take a nap yesterday..had energy to light up the city..well..probably not that much..but did feel good for a change..

like alwasy..todays plan is to get a ride on zwift and get workout in once again..not sure if i will get my weekly average in miles or not..will be close..

waking up to 40 outside..seen on weather channel yesterday they are calling for warmer then average temps for rest of march..im ready ..tired of all the cold..still thinking of getting a new trek domane road bike for riding outside an just leaving my cannondale on trainer year round..make it easier on days its to hot to ride in the afernoons..when i want to get an extra ride in..or if its raining outside the mornings i get up an use to have to cancel a ride cause of rain moving in...

well...gonna get up in a few..turn coffee pot on..do a morning ride about 9 or so..get my ride in once again...start this day out right..

HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY..AN A GREAT WEEKEND..

I wonder how accurate the body fat reading is on a scale... It's got to be a calculation based on height/weight. etc, but doesn't take into account individual bone density, extra muscle, etc. Still, even a rough calculation is another piece of data in your arsenal.
