Today's breakfast, Peanut butter, spirulina, NutriYeast, dried seaweed sandwich. One banana, 2 string cheese. =
21.5g fiber, 35.89g sugar, 43.5g fat, 50g prot, 1022 calories.
RIch in micro nuttients, and enough protein to start and last until dinner (lunch).
and more importantly, has fiber, and B-Vitamins < from spirulina, NutriYeast, very important in our modern high stress life.
