EYES ARE STARTING TO OPEN...goood hump day...6am an its daylight..wow..amazing what coffee will do for you..eyes are finally open...looked outside this morning as sun was comin up...thinkin its getting close to being able to ride outside again..but then looked at temp on tv...was 42 with a wind chill of 36...nope not today...lol...

got internet fixed yesterday..come to find out wind had pulled wifi antenna away from house causing bad signal..didnt even think to check around house after all that wind..lesson learned for next time...internet is back up an runnnin like it should..

rode bike 23 miles yesterday..took 2 rides to get ther..was doing on when internet started acting up before the fix..so went back later an added another ride in to get my mileage...miles for the year are racking up faster by doing more riding thru the week...43.5 miles for week already..an 658 for year already..miles are just moving on by..

todays plan to ride once again..get my miles in..eat healthy once again today...yes the scales are smiling my way again today..gonna weigh in on friday..weight flucuates so much from one day to another...hard to say if il show a loss or a gain..

WELL HAVE A GREAT DAY...SPRING IS GETTING CLOSER...TIME CHANGE ON SUNDAY...
