Do not say diet. Just change the way you eat and add exercise. You can do it. I use to be 400lbs. Honey its worth the investment. If i can do it I know you can do it. Are you drinking 64 oz of water to flush the fat. exercising to breakup the fat to be flushed. you can do it

You've lost an impressive 13.4 pounds in under a month..nearly half a pound a DAY!!! Probably your body is just taking a bit of a breather to adjust to all the changes...don't give up!

Thank you for your words of encouragement, I appreciate it alot. I must admit that I do not drink enough water - I will be more dedicated to that in the future. And you are right - a diet is temporary - i will think of it as a lifestyle change :) And good for you on your accomplishment and focus! great job!

If stepping on the scale discourages you, than only do it once a week. The scale can fluctuate hourly because of water weight. You can stay the same weight for 6 days and drop 3 pounds the next. It's very normal for many. I know people who lose two weeks, gain the next and lose again. You can't predict how your body will lose or when. Consistency is important in weight loss. So just stay on plan and exercise. You have to make a commitment to yourself and your health. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight fluctuations. Look at your chart and how it goes down. Your doing amazing. We all have weeks of staying the same and even gains. It's all a part of the journey.

I'm very sure I got off track because of the scale. While many may disagree I know the only way I can see progress was to get on the scale. Because I finally decided to weigh myself only once a week enabled me to restart logging my progress in Fatsecret.

Also remember with exercising u will gain muscle. So the scale can be tricky. When exercising drink water. Water will flush your body..good luck. Ms Zeno...www.mszeno.com. I am a blues artist
