LISTENED TO MY BODY..goood saturday morning..took the day off yesterday from exercising..an didnt even want to ride yesterday when i went past fitness room..so guess i needed it..just a lazy day of sleepin in the chair from time to time taking short 30 min naps...made for a long day though..guess thats what made me so tired last night..when i layed down in bed was out for 8 hours..

nutritionist came by yesterday an dropped of muffins for sister, cheesecake bites for both of us, sugarnot cookies for both of us, and then left what she called bread..told me to try it an then she would tell me what was in it..and then she let out an evil laugh...i had told her in the past i would be a samplier..but now i was thinkin...ut oh...so nutritionist left and wasnt gone hardly any time..texted me an told me it would taste better if i microwaved it just to warm it up..by now even though i wasnt hungry..i was curious..so took little bit off of the edge an stuck it in microwave..no more did i taste it then the thought of pizza came to my taste buds..had a great taste..and it was carb an sugar free..mmmmmm...i texted her back an told her how good it was..an said ...it tastes like pizza...her next text was...YES...the two pieces she left for me an for my sister wasnt any bigger then 1.5 inches square and mabye 1/4 inch thick..amazing how it tasted like pizza..

todays plan to get on road bike an trainer and to do a zwift workout..get more miles in..another week of not hitting my weekly goal..not sure whats going on with that..just havnt been able to stay motivated..like i want to be and i dont care how much padding you wear in riding shorts..or how much padding is in the seat..my butt just doesnt have enough padding in it to ride for hours like i want..just the way it is..

well..almost 5am..tea latte is callin my name..time to get this day started..once again..51 outside already..but im sure its cool as furnace is kicking on once again..rain is what they are callin for later today...

HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY..REMEMBER ONLY DEDICATION AND MOTIVATION IS WHAT IT TAKES TO STICK TO A HEALTHY HABIT..IF YOU ARENT ALREADY INTO A HEALTHY HABIT...TODAYS THE DAY TO BEGIN ONE..catch you all another time...

It's not too surprising that you don't want to cycle for too long if your butt hurts! I think you may just have to accept that.

You might need to put one of those wide tractor seats on your bike. LOL!! Sounds like you are a bit bruised. Time to rest your butt. :) Pizza sticks sound interesting.

I cycle and but hurt is there always but I got an inflatable cushion which allows me do 2 hours maybe try that.

gotta have it to puree carrots...but i dont have full reciep yet...just know bits an pieces...shes suppose to give it to me...

You don't really need a food processer to puree carrots. As soon as you get it I would like to have it. :))
