SISTER BROUGHT HOME A COOKIE YESTERDAY...gooood monday morning..sister came home from church yesterday with a container she had left there last week with one cookie in it for me...told her thank you but i have to pass on it..cant give in to old habits..the old me would of gobbled it right down an wouldnt of had time to enjoy the taste..the new me...didnt even give in to temptation..im back on track of what i am working at achieving again..im focused more now then i have been in the past..

talked with nutritionist thru email..she does come over from time to time to drop off food and bring free samples of things..she reminded me of what i told her at the meeting...i was in a plateau..and wanted to release more weight..an to give it a 30 day trial..i know me an most other people if we dont see an immediate change we are ready to throw in the towel..and i thought alot about that yesterday..so this morning i went back thru my journals to see what day we started on this plan..was on jan 26..i marked it on calendar so that i could keep track of how much i release in the next 30 days by being fully focused and not cheating..

rode my trainer yesterday and felt really good when i was on it..rode 25.5 miles ..most i have rode in a long time..even though i wear padded shorts..2 pairs..have tender butt..no paddin back ther..my behind is alittle sore today..no amount of padding can help..did 2 different rides to get the 25.5...but so happy i did it..didnt make my weekly average..missed it by 18 miles..well since i lowered it couple of days ago..was shooting for 80 miles for week..i got in 71.1 i think..o well new week..

walmart is today..more stuff on list thats not food related then food..seems like food is lasting longer these days from one week to next..a good thing..and alot of times when we go to walmart we buy ahead on meat..so we dont have to spend more every week..do have to pick up a few food related items..but not many..i likeed the site mom2 gave me yesterday the keto site..it was more of what i was looking for less changing this to that to be suitable for my eating plan..just need to read it more before walmart time..

well..sitting here drinking my tea latte..tryin to wake up..runnin alittle behind this morning..slept longer this morning then usual..guess that ride wore me out yesterday..but o so worth it...

actually was on scales this morning...almost 2 pounds in 2 weeks..

Absolutely fantastic mindset Buddy. It's the predominant aspect that underscores all diets... no doubt about it. It's in our daily routines. When others eat what they want, we have to mindset our reactions and inner urges. Then later it makes sense...another 1lb has been lost.... 🎇

i made mistake on how much i lost in 2 weeks...should of been almost 4 pounds in 2 weeks...
