HOUSE IS SUGAR FREE...goood wednesday morning...house is sugar free along with alot of food we found in the cabinets we just didnt eating amymore..gave food to a churchs food pantry..good use..

the nutritionist having a one on one with my sister must have really soaked in cause anything sugar related went in bags last night to give away..her butterscotch pudding..her m an ms...her orange tic tacs...im thinkin shes on board now for sure at sticking to eating better...an im with her all the way...

sister used her cheese she bout at walmart yesterday an made mild cheese its..she prepped the lettuce an boiled the eggs up ..got us both stocked up for several days..i have to go to store..im outta cheese and cottage cheese...and run outta bannanas for my protein shake i drink 2 hours before bedtime...have been sleeping better having that...

i didnt ride my trainer yesterday ...finally took the day off..it was along day ..an all day i was just tired..i slept part of it in the recliner...im guessin i to am going thru detox even though i didnt really think about it...i went to bed at 510pm an just got up little bit ago at 410..was up several times drainin kidneys...

today i plan to ride...need to get as many miles as i can to get my average for the week an the month...entered 3 challanges on strava for month of feb..so every mile counts..well....gonna head to kitchen an get my morning tea in me..get this day started once again..yes im still not woke completely up...

Ditto your last paragragh! Folks trying to make junk fit into a WOE are cheating themselves and fooling themselves as well. Referring to the frequent or daily consumption of it; not talking about the occasional treat. You will feel so much better after the detox.
