ZK fitness kicked my butt today. I thought I was in pretty good shape until I went to this class. The class is filled with people who are in shape and it hit me squarely in the face that I am in BAD shape. Felt like crying on the drive home. Maybe I will do better on Saturday. I think it will take months though. Zumba class is easier and much more fun but I will get more out of this. I must go back on Saturday!
