Today I awarded myself a larger protein bar, and an earlier snack. Was so hungry, I was afraid I was going to starve until late afternoon and then ransack the fridge or worse the vending machine. I have to say, I feel much better now... I have no excuse but to go to the gym tonight. My friend and I have made a commitment to each other and there is a nice aerobics class which I wouldn't mind attending....
