Momma wanted Chinese so I guestimated on adding the food. I'm expecting a spike tomorrow but was moderate in eating, just higher salt. Well, and the Chinese noodles. I shared the 1/2 cup that was there but OMG they were good. Tonight will be on track again. It's a journey not a sprint. Time with mom and my son, perfect.
