Good Evening,
I wanted to take a moment to say that if you only have 20-30 minutes or an hour and your at home, do an excercise video! If you dont know where to start
Go online! In search of fitness videos? While you are out running errands grab one or a handful of DVDS at any local Ross, CVS, Walgreens, Target, Marshalls, Walmart. Those stores have better deals, If your at an electronics store the Videos there are pretty good too. In a pinch, go to Youtube.com and type any kind of video that you would like in your search bar. I always go for Pilates, Yoga, 30 minute BootCamp, PoleDancing and stripper floor techniques from Home, Carmen Electra DVD , Stretching videos, Cheerleading stretches,Aerobic videos, and BellyDancing.
In the comfort of your room or Living room you will not get embarressed if its your first video, or if you feel that you can hardly stretch and dont want everyone to see until your feeling stage worthy.
Truthfully speaking even the Pros use their Living room. When you are feeling fabulous and professional maybe make a snapshot or video of yourself and upload it, preferably to Youtube or VEVO since that will ensure views.
Everyone likes to watch the process of perfection once your ready to reveal your Fitness routine... Enjoy!
With Love, Sarah
