We visited there when we were in Hawaii. The atmosphere is palpable with the aura of what happened there. The feeling I got while on the memorial is hard to explain. The spirit knows,

You're probably just busy with the holidays but I thought I would check in with you to see how you're doing. 

I don't know how some people handle friends stopping over for a drink or dinner.....so much work..... the first week in dec.was spent in Kauai beautiful island. Also I'm becoming more active with the local Elks here I have been a member for 10 years now. This time of year, it's very old here, we gather up scarves, gloves, sweaters, and blankets for the homeless, so I have been busy with that.... Last week we also had an afternoon of hot chocolate and cookies, we gave a toy to about 40 little children..... We let each one pick out a gift, some of the kids were so excited to get a toy and talk to Santa......I got on the scale this morning ( same weight) good enough for me.... as soon as this slows down I will will be back on with you all. And last but not least my godmother is 95 years calls me any time of day or nite and lately it's been 3am ,she just wants some one to talk to...... She lives on Oahu and I'm in California..... So I gotta do what I can to help her......and if she wants to chat at 3 I'll talk to her.....she lives alone ...we are working on getting her into a nice home... But so far so good she still cooks ( very little) and cleans ( very little) LOL. And pretty sharp for 95.....so now are you sorry you asked.... Thanks for asking.......char 

It is the season to really wish cloning was legal. I'm glad you're enjoying your holidays and yes we have to take care of family, even at 3am. 

Just try to lose a little here and there - you'll do fine - I had problem in the past also - narrowed my diet and going simpler - good luck
