Merry Christmas!
I am noticing my calorie intake is increasing. I will have to monitor it very carefully so that the line does not go up. Today was the highest count but I only ate twice today - an omelet for breakfast and my rendition of curry alfredo shrimp on a bed of spaghetti squash.
I am going to see what differences the SBD has to satisfy my curiosity.
