36 little hours since my workout with James and even shifting the gears in my little car is a challenge!!!
Was thinking about doing a 'Reload' workout last night just to release a bit of tension....but decided against it. Once the wood burner was on and then I took a look in the pantry and discovered a lot of weggies that needed using up.... A spicy cauliflower and aubergine curry and a potato, celeric, parsnip, broad bean and celery soup later, I flopped on the settee to watch a bit of professional Masterchef :). But I will fit something in today. Something with legs as they don't ache that much :)
