Also I ached (triceps), I still got my workout in. Nothing too strenuous, just a 'reload' video, and a brisk walk.

Today they are still tender but stretching definetly works and the rest of my body feels looser too. Not sure if I have time today, apart from a walk, as LBs granddaughter will come to stay over night. She had a very good school report and coming to stay with us, is a treat :). Guess I gonna @have' to cook her favourite dinner: tons of veg in a tomato sauce, sausages and pasta.

It is getting colder again. Must dig my thermals out! Tomorrow I will go beating on a small estate near Newbury. Apparantly we 'only' walk through the gardens of this very rich person. Lets see how the others live ;)

It's perverse, but I enjoy the soreness after a good workout. LOL! It sounds like you have a lovely weekend planned. Enjoy!

I love beating although haven't done it for a while. Hip flask at the ready and go! Have fun with little one and well done on the workout.

Thanks for update. Will try to get myself to the gym today. Ellipitical helps my back. Maybe I'll follow a pilates video two. Enjoy your young visitor.

I had a day. as a beater. as a teenager. Loved it. The gamekeeper's wife fed us well and great money in my hand at the end of the day.
