Okay so I followed my meal plan and I'm happy about the result ~

I went to the pool today It was freezing ( outdoor pool ) >_< but It was all worth it !

My meal plan for tomorrow is gonna be
breakfast: apple x1
lunch: apple x 1
dinner : apple x 1

and I will have this diet for 3 days

I don't know If you guys know about the 3 days apple diet.
It's so popular in Asian countries.
The purpose of this diet is to decrease your appetite.
This also works as a body detox method which suppose to clean out all the greasy stuff in your stomach ^_^

If anyone of you want to join me , here's the rule, for three days ...
1. You can eat apple only (no other fruits, no veggies, no meat , nothing else , just apples )
2. You can eat as many apples as you want (if you are hungry , eat 10 apples a day ! ^_^ )
3. You can drink water only , no other beverages ( no coffee , tea , soft drinks, alcohol etc)

Optional : no exercise during the 3 days apple diet .

After three days you'll loose around 6-8lbs
Optional : meal recovery plan after 3 days apple diet
day 4 : hot water + honey (all day) [honey helps with constipation]

I have tried that....once upon a blue moon.....I barely made it through the first day...GOOD LUCK :)

I tried potatoes only for 3 days and made it though the 1st day only. Good luck!

I once did a water fast for three days, once you start eating normally again you feel really full really quick... Good luck with the apples, I wouldn't exercise during this period though, that might be pretty unhealthy on such a high caloric deficit :)

Are you guys serious -- that an awful way to diet + very unhealthy + you can loose pieces of hair , get dizzy , faint , have headaches etc etc . Dont do these kind of diets your body will go into starvation mode and will keep all the fat . But hey this is just my opinion .

These extreme diets rarely if at all deliver any real long term benefits. I find NO benefit in this. Have to change your mindset about WOE my friend. Extremes don't work.

Purpose is to decrease your appetite... If you're hungry EAT! .... There's nothing wrong with being hungry. The problem comes in mistaking boredom for hunger and simliar issues. Then you need a hobby, not apples... Be realistic. Track your food, count your calories, make healthy choices while in a deficit.

This kind of diet leads to the yo-yo effect. Which I have about 20 years of fun experience with. You'll lose 6-8 lbs... then gain back 15. Slow, gradual changes are what makes a lasting loss.

I will not voice my opinion about the Apple diet but I will say that the changes I have made in my WOE is working for me. I dont starve myself but I dont over eat. I take in on average about 630 calories a day but I do eat protein, fat, and carbs. Drink a lot of water. I do drink my coffee in the mornings and I do on occasion drink sweet tea (sweetened with raw honey straight from the hives). This type of eating IS MY WAY of eating and it has worked for me over the last 9 months to lose the weight I have lost. I will not say it will work for anyone else nor will I encourage anyone to do this. All I am saying is that it has worked for me and after I reach my goal weight I will most likely continue this WOE. Good luck to you BTF in what ever you do to reach your desired goal. Just saying.....

Thank you guys for commenting ! I understand a lot of you may be concerned that this is not a healthy way to diet , I totally agree with that . The purpose of doing this is just to exercise control over my eating. I been eating really really healthy If you read my previous journals ,it's a three days only detox which is actually good for your body , I tried it before many years ago ,and the goal is really not about loosing weight , It's just to gain a sense of control over my life. ;)

I'll buck the trend here and support you! It's sort of like a fast, only with a little bulk. Can't hurt, for only three days; you'll lose some weight and get a cleanse out of it. I don't see any harm in it. Let us know how it goes.

@erikahollister: I ate apples but I really hate apples, apples gave me heart burn I don't know why , yesterday I felt so weak and I felt like vomiting after I eat apples...so I think if anyone wants to try this diet, maybe switch apple to other fruits. (I looked online and It says that there's some content in apple that actually hurts our stomach if we eat apple alone ..which I believe is what happened to me yesterday )
