ughhhhh....44 feels like 40..just waking up.. goood morning...was just wiped out yesterday from the 17.8 mile ride...went to bed before 6pm last night..was tired an cold..an just couldnt seem to get comfy in the recliner...layed down in bed..an that was it..slept 9 hours before finally getting up to p this morning...i set a goal of 84 miles this week...thats an ave of 14 miles a day...so far have alittle over 31 something for 2 days...so plan is to ride...ride..ride...hopefully can take a day off once i feel like im close to hitting goal...so...layer up later an get my ride over with...have also been looking into a trainer to use with my bike for the winter months when its just to slick on the roads to ride...i want to try an stick with riding as much as i can this year an next...

It's chilly here, too. I was wiped out last night, too...went to bed at 8. Good going on the rides.
