39..brrr...makes me cold typing it..good morning everyone.. not looking forward to getting layered up for my 10am ride...but its like this everyday i ride when its cold...i never look forward to it..but once i get the ride over with ..im always glad i went..time to weigh in..according to fs..an weight is the same...i feel smaller..but scales says its all in my head...but we all know the scales dont always know it all...

UPDATE FROM RIDE...welp..yeap it was cold for the first couple of blocks.../b]

as always when its cold..first 2 blocks all im thinkin is geez its cold outside this morning..but then i get into the riding zone and its peddle an peddle faster...try an beat the days befores ride...faster pace..today was no different...as always glad i went...tomorrow is another day to ride again...

Some times the clothes shows weight loss before the scale so you can be right. I read to day that we burn more calories when it's cold so your bake ride was extra effective :D . Have a great day!
