This is great. Every week I feel almost a sense of dread about weighing in, I think about every possible misstep I have taken (too much salt, not enough beans, did I drink enough water? etc.) and hope I don't have a gain because of it. I called it yo-yoing, but my mom says it's not the same. Idk. Pretty happy though, and I'm going on a day trip with my bestie today, so I'm very happy about that!
